Join Heather White and Jennifer Brewer for an evening of yoga practice and discussion to balance out your energy. As humans, we continuously move along the spectrum of feeling “buzzed" and “blah". Anxiety and/or depression is not a permanent state or identity. Become mindful of where you are on the spectrum at any moment and practice tools to channel your energy into greater balance.
Workshop will provide options in areas of breathing, movement, and focus for you to customize your at home or studio practice. We will also offer your choice of herbal tea and essential oils to enhance your energetic experience. Dress in comfortable yoga clothes and bring a mat if you have it, and we will take care of the rest.
