Set to the tunes of the legendary B.B. King, this month's wine dinner is focused around Lucille, the smoker thats been in our family for almost 30 years. Sure, we'll be serving some dishes you would expect to see come out of a smoker, but there will certainly be some surprises. Carefully selected wines will be thoughtfully paired with each of the four courses, with flavors and aromas playing together on an engaging and unexpected level. Our resident sommelier, Thaddeus Miller, will be hosting the dinner, filling our brains up with rich stories and interesting insights behind the origins of the wine. Executive Chef Brandon Carter will be filling our bellies with the most incredible cuisine the Lowcountry has to offer. And we will all come together, filling our hearts with laughter and a common love for food and wine. The menu is prix fixe, but if you inform us at the time of booking, we will do our best to accommodate any allergens or dietary restrictions as deliciously as possible.
