Spring has sprung and we are incredibly excited about the new flavors that come along with the change in season. Chef Brandon Carter has put together an extraordinary menu for this one, and Thaddeus, our resident sommelier, has found some beautiful wines to pair. Join us for an unforgettable evening, and welcome spring with an inspired meal and some great company.
Join Heather White and Jennifer Brewer for an evening of yoga practice and discussion to balance out your energy. As humans, we continuously move along the spectrum of feeling “buzzed" and “blah". Anxiety and/or depression is not a permanent state or identity. Become mindful of where you are on the spectrum at any moment and practice tools to channel your energy into greater balance.
Workshop will provide options in areas of breathing, movement, and focus for you to customize your at home or studio practice. We will also offer your choice of herbal tea and essential oils to enhance your energetic experience. Dress in comfortable yoga clothes and bring a mat if you have it, and we will take care of the rest.

Like princes and paupers, we come together over fine cuisine inspired by humble (some might say "low-brow") foods from around the world. To add to the irony, we'll be sipping world-class champagne! Imagine what Chef Brandon might do with, say... chicken wings? ...or something around fried rice? And to make it more fun, Thaddeus had carte blanch to go out and find the finest "farmer fizz" he could. A variety of beautifully bubbling Champagnes that were expertly crafted by the growers themselves. Several delightful dishes, each with their own distinctive nod to at least one cultural specialty, traditionally regarded as food for the common people. For the prince (or princess) and pauper in all of us, we come together in community around incredible stories and a delightful meal. While the final menu won't be ready until two weeks before the event, rest assured... it's gonna be good.
Join Heather and Thaddeus for an evening of wine and yoga, or "Vino & Vinyasa." We will create a sensory experience using your power of focus to explore, understand, and full enjoy these activities on a new level. The tools we sharpen in the meditative practice of yoga will be engaged to swirl, smell, sip and taste two wines and we will combine that with conscience, purposeful movement bringing you to a vividly present place. Dress in comfortable yoga clothes and bring a mat if you have it, and we will take care of the rest. Limited to 20 participants. Reserve your spot now!
Lets get ready to get stuffed and feel thankful... our favorite feast of a holiday is just around the corner. Make sure you've got some real good grape juice to bring to your (future?) in-laws, and grab a couple of extra bottles to keep tucked away in case anything goes terribly awry! Even if the turkey gets eaten by the dog, or Dad & Uncle Tom get into a wrestling match, at least you wont have to worry about the wine. Let Thaddeus make it easy for you. Taste some remarkable wines and talk through the process of pairing wines with our favorite holiday foods. Come away with some knowledge and stories to share with the ones who you look forward to enjoying some wine with over the holidays.
Set to the tunes of the legendary B.B. King, this month's wine dinner is focused around Lucille, the smoker thats been in our family for almost 30 years. Sure, we'll be serving some dishes you would expect to see come out of a smoker, but there will certainly be some surprises. Carefully selected wines will be thoughtfully paired with each of the four courses, with flavors and aromas playing together on an engaging and unexpected level. Our resident sommelier, Thaddeus Miller, will be hosting the dinner, filling our brains up with rich stories and interesting insights behind the origins of the wine. Executive Chef Brandon Carter will be filling our bellies with the most incredible cuisine the Lowcountry has to offer. And we will all come together, filling our hearts with laughter and a common love for food and wine. The menu is prix fixe, but if you inform us at the time of booking, we will do our best to accommodate any allergens or dietary restrictions as deliciously as possible. Seating is limited to 40 guests. This is a ticketed event.
